When you order from Pulsetick, a new journey begins—like the smooth sweep of a second hand finding its next mark. We treat every shipment not as a parcel, but as a promise in motion.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States (50 states + D.C.).
At this time we do not ship internationally. Select addresses (e.g., PO Boxes, APO/FPO) may require USPS and can affect timing.

2. Processing Time

  • Every order is hand-checked and prepared within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders submitted after our cutoff time of 5 PM will start processing the following enterprise day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day—because even the most precise movements pause to reset.

3. Delivery Speed

  • Standard Shipping – FREE
    Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after order processing
    Cost: $0 (Free on all orders)
  • Express Shipping – $4.99
    Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after order processing
    Cost: $4.99 per order

4. Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout in real time.
Applicable U.S. sales tax is also calculated at checkout—no hidden ticks, no surprise tocks.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your watch leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
Multiple-item orders may ship in separate boxes so each piece arrives on time.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

Like a finely tuned movement, accuracy matters. Please review your shipping address at checkout.
If you spot an error, contact support@pulsetick.store immediately. After an order is fulfilled or in transit, we’re unable to reroute it.

7. Delivery, Loss, or Damage

If your package arrives damaged, or an item is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box, label, and contents.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, please:

1) Check with neighbors/household, 2) look in safe-drop locations, and 3) allow 24–48 hours for a possible carrier update. Then contact us—we’ll help initiate a tracer or claim.
High-value orders may require a signature on delivery for everyone’s peace of mind.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Weather, carrier interruptions, and local events can occasionally slow the hands of delivery. We’ll monitor your shipment and advocate on your behalf, even when the timeline slips outside our control.

9. Preorders & Backorders

For items marked Preorder/Backorder, we’ll display an estimated ship window on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your order will ship as soon as it’s ready; we may split the shipment at no extra cost so the rest of your order isn’t kept waiting.

10. Sustainability, Lightly Packed

We use right-sized, protective packaging—sturdy enough to safeguard your timepiece, lean enough to respect the planet. Minimal waste, maximum protection.
