1. Return Conditions
- Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be intact, unused, with the box, stamps, labels, and all accessories included.
- We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to misuse or are no longer in their original condition.
2. Return Process
Please contact us via email or phone number in the Contact Us section before sending the product.
After confirmation, the customer will be guided in detail on the return process.
Return shipping costs:
- If due to a product defect from Pulsetick, we will pay in full.
- If due to a change in personal needs of the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
