3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item shipped).

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional items marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable.
